Dear BloodResults User,
It has come to our attention that a file formatting error has caused incorrect sampling times to be displayed in the Result Details window on the BloodResults portal for some clozapine assay samples. It only seems to affect those which were sampled in the afternoon.
When viewing results, we would advise all users to always click on the ‘show report’ button (circled in green in the screenshot of the Result Details window below) as this provides a direct link to the PDF report which displays the correct information, in addition to any relevant comments which are not visible in the Result Details window.
It is important to note that this error does not affect the clozapine/nor-clozapine result of the test and only relates to the sampling time. It also does not affect any PDF or posted reports at all, nor does it affect any aspects of FBC results.
