Customer Satisfaction Survey - 2019

As part of a continuous improvement process, Magna Laboratories (ML) undertakes annual surveys to find out our customer’s opinions of our service.

Copies of the survey were sent this year to a selection of Consultants, Pharmacies and Sampling locations by a combination post and e-mail. These were sent out on 13 May 2019.

The responses have been very positive with many respondents either agreeing or strongly agreeing with a good performance by ML.

The results of the survey to date are now being actively discussed to determine how Magna Laboratories can response to the survey responses to make further improvements in our service.
